The 18th International Ship Stability Workshop will be held in Gdańsk, Poland 13-15 June 2022 12-14 September 2022 (postponed!). The Workshop will be organized by Gdansk University of Technology, under the auspices of the International Standing Committee.

STAB&S 2021, the 1st International Conference on the Stability and Safety of Ships and Ocean Vehicles, will be organized by MSRC/NAOME at the University of Strathclyde in Scotland, UK and will take place ONLINE on 6-11 June 2021.

This project concerns seakeeping performance and design criteria for smaller vessels such as work boats, pilot boats, rescue boats, and smaller passenger ferries, involving academia as well as industry partners. The project will involve numerical and experimental studies as well as interviewing and questionnaire methods catching the human factors perspective on decision making and work performance.
